Today I am attempting 5 drops per hour. So far so good, but it's only 11am. Keeping my fingers crossed. Also, I am slowly increasing the amount in my MMS2 caps, though I only take one per day right now. I am so ready to walk normally again! To be able to exercise and move around without such restriction and pain. The better I feel, the better I want to feel and the more anxious I am to "get there". And at the same time, there is the need to go slowly and be patient, not to max out on the drops and the nausea. When I woke up this morning, my knee wasn't so stiff as it was yesterday and my foot not as painful. I take a deep breath, put my impatience on the back burner and focus on my gratitude for each little baby step forward. This is the journey right now.

The CDS is very simple to make. it beats going out and buying it thats for sure. I have YET to have any nausea or any side affects from CDS . you can get shot glassed cheap at the thrift store or good will. its better to get the thinner less heavier shot glasses . attached if I can is a picture of the two shorglasses but I prefer the one on the left. its less likely to tip in the jar. Yes every day is a blessing for me that I am alive and still breathing

ps. I did 6 drops per hour yesterday and only made it through 9 doses. Just couldn't get that last one in. Today I have dropped back to 5 drops/hour and I feel muddled and like there's thick cotton stuffed in my head. I think I am detoxing lots of systemic candida. My elimination was unusual yesterday. I'm not a terribly 'farty' person
