I have been taking MMS since the beginning of the year for Candida Albicans over growth which I have been fighting for about 4 years. I have not found a dose that did not cause diarrhea. I started slow and increased possibly too fast. I reached 15 drops per day then backed off to 5 drops per day then I stopped after 2 weeks because things seemed to be getting worse.. I have now gone for a week with no MMS. I still have Diarrhea! It is not the type of ....have to run to the bathroom constantly..... but when I go it is all liquid. I am woken up every morning about 5 or 6 AM for another tour of Duty. I usually have to do about 5 or 6 tours daily..
I have been eating Yogurt daily to try and re populate my system but it seems to be not enough..
MMS1 or CDS doesn't damage good flora, but if you're having problems taking it internally, you might consider applying it to the skin and/or adding it to the bath.
