MMS and kidney pain and unactivated MMS

I hope this finds you well.
I recently tried protocol 1000 and quickly experienced kidney pain. I tried to reduce the dose to 1 drop instead of 3 drops, which seemed to help a little. I got a little nervous and decided to try unactivated MMS for a couple off weeks and then ease into protocol 1000. Unactivated MMS is also easier to consume.
My question is whether taking MMS can cause kidney discomfort - and if so, why? Also, is it wise to take unactiviated MMS until I am ready to take activated?
I am grateful for your responses.
Warm regards,
Baliant.

If you have Jim Humble's book, I suggest you read it to discover that when beginning ingesting MMS1, that you begin by first following the Starting Procedure.
How many drops of unactivated MMS (SCS) are you taking? Did you read in Jim's book that he says do not ingest unactivated MMS?

I started with 1 drop of activated MMS, as suggested in the book, which seemed fine. When I went to 3 drops, this is when I experienced issues. I think I will go back to the starting protocol again, as I had no issues with that.
Regarding unactivated SCS, I would add 3 drops to a litre of water and sip it throughout the day. When I burp I could taste the activated taste, as it interacted with the HCL in my stomach. I wasn't aware that Jim advised against ingesting unactivated MMS, I thought it was Protocol 1? I have been taking it for a couple off days with no issues. I will stop immediately.
I will wait a few days and restart Protocol 1000 with 1 drop of activated MMS, once per hour.
Thank you.

Eighty five percent of mammals, that is animals, take naps during the day. It is not really apparent if humans were meant to take naps or not, but children certainly take naps naturally. I personally have taken from 20 to 45 minute daily naps during my entire life. They keep one fresh. People often worry …

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
