Is there a list somewhere? If I follow what I can't eat, then I would end up FASTING for 60 days and I don't think I would do too well FASTING for 60 days, which actually brings up another question: Can "Fasting" for 7 days help during protocol 1000+?
There no need for fasting. You should avoid food rich on Arginine because that the amino acid the virus need to stay strong. For that reason you take L-Lysine every single day at least 2000 mg when you not have OB and up to 4 to grams when you are on a OB.
This list give you an Idea the food is rich in arginine. For now I keep Chocolate and Nuts out of my regular diet. Other than that I eat everything I found in the road. Not limit. But I do not ingest MMS like two hours after eat. I keep my stomach clean so the gas formation did not interact with organic matter and go directly to my blood stream.

Markus2014 wrote: Thank you so much for the information. Is there a specific Ratio limit I should be aware of? For example: Margarine is 3.0 and Bananas are 1.0, so would I avoid bananas or would I just don't eat too many bananas at one time?
Always compare , if the amount of Lysine is higher , those are the one you going to have preference to consume.

Markus2014 wrote: Has anyone used the MMS1 Tablets?
Yes, I ordered them.
They are ok to swallow but not really tasteless. They sort of melt in your mouth.
So you want to swallow quickly.
I went for gel capsules with MMS1 which is 100% tasteless.
I tried to prepare 10 capsules for a day; that didn't work out; after about 1 hour all capsules where shriveled.
But with tablets you can go out and have everything with you for the entire day.
PS. when I ordered the tablets, I had problems with customs. make sure they DON'T write "supplements" on the declaration.

Are you in the US?
I ordered 10 bottles a month ago and they were grabbed by the FDA pending a "drug listing number" whatever that is, from the supplier. So it looks like I won't be getting them any time soon.
If you're in the US how did you get your order through customs? I'm on a small pension and losing that $400 really hurts. I can't risk it again.
Thanks Markus!
Jim

I am new to the forum, I'd been reading a lot of the posts.
If you haven't read it yet... check out the Testimony given by user named Opulence dated back in July 2011. He used MMS and got a PCR DNA test done and it shows Negative for both HSV-1 and HSV-2.
