Good to hear back from you,
Would you casually take 30ml of CDS you ask?
I really only have 20ml at most at once in one glass of water but over a day can easily have 75ml or more. I might have 10ml, 10ml, 15ml etc when I get to it. Again I built up to this and starting at that might make you feel off!!!
If you feel you are coping with the herx or clean out and are not getting too sick from anything, go for it. Clo2 will not hurt you.
I do not do this all the time, just when I need to.
My wife also, if she gets Mastitis for example, she will hammer it and being cleaned out already, we do not have to deal with a herx from a lifetime of buildup. Only from what we just hit, which is minimal if anything.
When I started, I did get a bad herx from it all but I did not back off.
It is good to ask questions, I had them too but over time, I got a good feel for it and that helped me. Conversions are just tricky for this as it is not the same thing.
It helped that I took it at my pace, one thing at a time to see what was working and how I felt and kept at it (the important part).
Never stop learning!

Everything you say makes sense, even if its not what i want to hear
Trusting your gut, feeling into what feels right, this is the correct answer, even if i just wanted some numbers.
I have done so many cleanses and rinses and detoxes over the last 5 years that i never herx any more either. Yes it was a long path to get to that state from the state i started in.
So, how much should i be taking right now? The right amount, obviously. Easy.

So last night i felt very yukky in the stomach. I suspect that i dropped in an extra drop of HCl into my dose.
I make doses on demand rather than use a daily bottle, but i am changing as daily bottle has a number of advantages such as keeping track of consumption and only measuring once.
Anyway yesterday i went from 4 drops each hour for 8 hours (32 drops total) to today just doing 24 drops over 8 hours in a daily bottle. Lets see what happens.
So i am starting to see the light on CDS vs MMS, and think i would like to move over to CDS now.
How much CDS is 24 daily drops of MMS, how do i move over? I still just dont get it.
Any advice on what is a good amount of ml of CDS i should start with?

How much CDS is 24 daily drops of MMS, how do i move over? I still just dont get it. It is not possible to compare dosing between MMS1 and CDS. CDS is fully activated when made, and only contains CLO2 gas in water.
The SCS in MMS1 is only 10% activated when pre-activated for 30 seconds. Stomach acid is needed to further activate the residual SCS. BUT, how much more activation will happen depends on the amount of stomach acid that is available at the time of MMS1 ingestion.
If you will be using CDS, then follow CDS protocols.
When using MMS1, follow MMS1 protocols.
CDS and MMS1 are different and act differently when ingested.
Any advice on what is a good amount of ml of CDS i should start with? Try CDS Protocol-C10 and increase as needed.

This is a link to it if anyone needs it

One might build from this to having more, either multiple 1 litre mixed bottles or stronger bottles or both. This is what I have done in the past but to follow the protocol when starting is a good idea. Go from there.
I remember the sick feeling and we did all the work with MMS. We only switched to CDS recently as family would only consume that and I was already making it.
If you go a long way with CDS and progress then stalls, try switching back to MMS at that point.

At present, we have moved away from using the two-component CD, also referred to as MMS, as it has become outdated due to various reasons. Its use can result in unpleasant side effects like diarrhea or vomiting, which can be distressing for users. Moreover, this solution has a more acidic pH and contains sodium chlorite, which may cause secondary reactions in the stomach, leading to additional issues. In contrast, CDS, or Chlorine Dioxide Solution (ClO2), consists of a single component: gas dissolved in water. This composition offers the benefit of a neutral pH, reducing the likelihood of digestive problems. Additionally, it does not contain chlorite salts, thereby removing the risks linked to the two-component product.Based on these significant reasons, along with many others that have been meticulously considered, we have revised our protocols. This decision is informed by hundreds of thousands of volunteer user testimonials and reports gathered and analyzed over more than a decade. This extensive feedback has been crucial in steering us towards safer and more effective options for our users.
You can make CDS easy from the same MMS components here a video : dioxitube.com/w/49HQcH4TKwwHYPcYn15i9R
Note: To achieve the CDS concentrate, 250ml – 300ml of water is used in a 500ml glass container.

Note: To achieve the CDS concentrate, 250ml – 300ml of water is used in a 500ml glass container. That video shows my method of making CDS which I developed in 2015 if one is using 4% HCL as the acid activator, and requires two infusions into the same CDS. Citric acid is a better acid to use because it does not gas into the CDS, like 4% HCL does, which raises the TDS.
The correct quantity of CDS water is 250ml and not 300ml. If you use 300ml of CDS water, you will not get 3000ppm CDS.
AK is wrong about not needing SCS for some ailments. CDS does not have any which is why CDS does not cure Malaria and Autism. Ask Kerri Rivera if you don't believe me.
If you use CDM instead of MMS1, there will be less of a smell and taste problem.
I have tested making CDS for over 15 years and the average pH is 4.5 which is not pH neutral. AK's manger of his Mexico research center agrees with me.
Don't believe everything AK says.
