I do believe that I recently read or heard Jim Humble state not to take Vitamin C during the time that you're doing MMS. This has been a shift in his earlier teachings. The reason he gave was that we have no way of knowing how long Vitamin C worked as an antioxidant in the body. So even taking it 2 hours after your last dose for the day, it may still affect your initial doses the following day - we just don't know.

if your daily protocol starts at 8am for an 8 hour period you will finish at 4pm, if taking Vitamin C take 2 hours after protocol, so 6pm, this gives 14 hours for the body to digest the Vitamin C, this is ample time

MSM is only given during the evening, we use the MMS/CDS during the first 8 hours of the day time. MSM is not a replacement for MMS it is something we use just during the evening at least two hours after protocol. We have not restored health with MSM on its own only in combination with MMS/CDS.
